All contracts entered into with the online shop over the Internet are drawn up in Greek.

Shipping
We use courier for domestic orders (Greece). The customer will be charged 5 euros shipping cost for 1 or 2 bags with Greek National Post or 7 euros with Courier. For orders that include 3 or more bags the shipment is free.
We ship international orders to anywhere in the world! We choose International Standard Delivery for your convenience, since it combines speed and low costs for you, even though has no tracking number. Customers will be charged 7 euros for Europe and 9 euros for the Rest of World for 1 bag. For orders that include 2 or more bags, you need to contact us for costs.
Warning! You can save money with the International Standard Delivery that we provide, but you accept the risk that your package could get lost! This has happened to a small percentage of our international customers. We apologize for this inconvenience, but if you think that your country’s post is not reliable, please contact us so we can choose a different, tracked shipping option. Returns
In cased that the product you received has a defect or deficiency of a component you can contact us either by phone or by email to resolve the problem.
Returns are accepted within 7 days starting by the day the customer receives the product. In case of a return, we will determine if the defect is caused by us or the manufacturer, and if so, we will replace the product with a new one, with no extra cost within 3 days starting from the day that we will receive it.
